Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. The product must be returned to our store within 48 hours of purchase/delivery.
2. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 3-7 working days. Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method.
3. Conditions for Returns
- The product must be in its original packaging and unused.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Any damaged, used, or altered products will not be eligible for return or refund.
4. Final Decision
The acceptance of returns and approval of refunds is solely at the discretion of Titan Nutrition. Our decision will be final in all matters related to returns and refunds.
